The company Van Doorn was established more than 20 years ago, starting originally as one of Rotterdam’s main repair Depots. In 1985 Van Doorn formed a Intermodal parts company with a formula of “One Stop Shopping” as a supplier to the container repair market. Over the years we have become a supplier not only to the Container Industry but also supply industrial products of many different industries. Currently stocking more than 5000 articles and dispatching products through our own fleet of trucks and contract transport operators. Through a program of expansion Vandoorn has set-up a network of in-house operations and agents throughout Europe and are currently holding stocks of container spare parts in Scandinavia, Holland, Germany, Belgium, France, Spain and Italy. The advantage for the container owner / operator is that we can guarantee minimal downtime for the container and quality of product throughout Europe. Due to our success in Europe and support from owners and operators of containers Vandoorn was asked to start a representation in South-America due to problems with the availability of spare parts in that area. We are pleased to advise we now have clients in Chile, Argentina and Brazil.
