Martec has today signed an agreement with Container Parts International Co., also known as DE USA to purchase the assets and ongoing retail business activity of DE for an undisclosed sum. Mr. T. Alexander Ewig, President of Martec International stated that this agreement represented a continuation of its long term strategy of expanding its geographical reach and consolidating its market share. Martec had previously purchased the assets of The Gateway, Division of Interport Maintenance as well as CTC a division of Global Intermodal Service. Martec will continue to serve the clients of DE through its regularly truck service
